Expertise isn’t the problem. An overactive fight-or-flight response and wavering confidence, however, might be. Too often, the moment the room turns to a leader to share their insights, the nerves take over and the message gets lost. Molly’s signature program, Speaking & Presenting with Impact, gives professionals and teams a practical way to close that gap, grounded in real performance training, years of corporate leadership experience, and, admittedly, the coach’s own hard-fought learnings from experiencing and overcoming her own glossophobia (aka fear of public speaking).

Freezing or rambling the moment the stakes rise, even when the material is second nature.
Relying on jargon and data instead of a clear, compelling narrative that actually lands.
Physical symptoms of nervousness surfacing under pressure: a shaky voice, rushed pacing, fidgeting, a timid delivery that undercuts credibility.
Hours spent over-rehearsing and/or losing sleep, driven by a lack of trust in handling live Q&A on the fly.
A quiet suspicion of being exposed as less impressive in person than the work itself suggests.
Panels, client meetings, and all-hands presentations declined or handed off to others, because staying behind the scenes feels safer than being out front.
The same flat delivery style, repeated across investors, internal teams, and regulators, when each audience actually calls for something different.
Vague feedback like "be more confident," with no concrete understanding of how to actually achieve it.
For many high-achieving professionals, the work already speaks for itself. Promotions follow, and colleagues bring the hard questions their way. But the moment the room turns toward them, standing in front of investors, senior leadership, or a packed industry audience, something else takes over.
A return that extends well beyond any single presentation: stronger public branding, better talent attraction and retention, deeper trust with clients and stakeholders, and teams that function more effectively together.
Customized engagements ranging from a half-day workshop to a months-long program combining group training, individual coaching, and leadership debriefs, so every level of the team builds the same shared communication standard.
A focused series of sessions to sharpen a single high-stakes pitch, panel, or keynote, or a longer-term partnership built to develop lasting confidence and presence with real-time, ongoing support.
Traditional public-speaking training teaches generic best practices in isolation. This program works differently: coaching happens in real time, using material drawn directly from actual presentations, pitches, and panels, paired with direct, constructive feedback delivered with both rigor and empathy.
Because every leader brings different strengths, growth areas, and comfort levels to this deeply personal work, Molly meets each person where they are, designing an individualized path to real, lasting change. Participants often describe leaving sessions both grounded and energized, with clear next steps and noticeable improvement.
Originally developed within institutional asset management, the program has since been adapted across industries, including venture capital, technology, nonprofit, and strategic advisory firms.

Every organizational engagement centers on a clear focus and desired objectives, and moves through the same core structure, with room to customize the content to each client’s industry and team. A sample engagement might entail:
Sessions building on the workshop. Participants present an excerpt from a recent presentation, receive a personalized assessment of their strengths and growth areas, and leave with a tailored strategy for continued improvement.
A partial to full-day group or full-firm training session focused on the techniques and best practices of confident public speaking, tailored to each organization's specific needs. Comes with an assessment rubric for continued growth.
A feedback survey issued upon completion of the initial engagement, used to measure progress and determine next steps toward long-term communication goals.
A dedicated on-site session with senior leadership to recap key assessment findings, report on progress, discuss improvement strategies at the organizational and individual level, and identify accountability structures going forward.
Written materials, including assessment rubrics, individual progress assessments, and recommended tools and resources, delivered after the initial on-site training to support sustained growth.
For individual clients outside of a full organizational engagement, the same core elements (real-time coaching, a personalized assessment, and a tailored improvement strategy) are scaled to fit a single high-stakes presentation or a longer 1:1 partnership.

Every engagement is built around each client or team’s specific needs, preferences and style, and can range from a few sessions to a long term retainer for ongoing and evolving support. Following is an example of what a structured 3-month group program might look like in practice:
Getting oriented: establishing trust, understanding where each person or team is starting from, and setting clear, specific goals for the engagement.
Developing and refining physical and vocal fundamentals of speaking: pacing, breath, posture and body language, facial expressions, vocal inflection, and the presence that ensures messages land as powerfully as possible.
Building the narrative underneath the data, translating complex or technical material into a compelling story audiences can actually follow.
Practicing live Q&A, pushback, and curveball moments, so composure holds even when the room doesn't go as planned.
Applying everything to the real, upcoming moments that matter most (e.g. investor meetings, client pitches, board presentations).
Full run-throughs with detailed feedback, closing the loop on measurable growth and exploring organizational support structures to sustain progress.
READ MOLLY’S FULL STORY
Before corporate, there was the stage. As a professional actor and member of Actors' Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA, Molly performed for audiences ranging from intimate rooms to full stadiums, training in presence, breath, timing, and staying grounded under pressure, the same muscle high-stakes speaking calls on.
Then came 14+ years inside institutional finance, managing investor relations, business development, and people operations at quantitative trading and asset management firms including Teza Capital Management and Kaleidoscope Capital. Molly has lived in the rooms her clients are walking into, so she isn't translating theory, she's coaching from firsthand experience.
As coach, Molly has supported corporate teams preparing for website and brand video content, and has helped CEOs and senior executives prepare for keynote speeches, high-stakes pitches, board and investor presentations, global industry panel participation, podcast appearances, and both live media and pre-recorded video interviews.
Most speaking coaches come from a performance background or a corporate one, rarely both. Molly bridges the two, and coaches the whole person, not just the slide deck.
Building the internal grounding and self-trust to show up fully, even under pressure or scrutiny.
Developing the presence and delivery that earns trust from the stakeholders in the room, whether that's investors, leadership, regulators, or clients.
Sharpening the ability to distill complex or technical ideas into a narrative an audience can not only follow, but also connect with.
Confident Speaking Is a Skill, Not a Talent.
The strongest leaders understand that powerful communication is critical to success. This coaching works with real, upcoming moments rather than generic scenarios, adapted to exactly where each person or team is starting from, to help them achieve their full potential.
