The Positive Intelligence® Program is a coaching experience focused on fostering a resilient and positive mindset. Backed by neuroscience research, the program is intended to empower participants to create sustained change and enhance their mental fitness by laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. The Positive Intelligence® ️ operating system is designed to support participants in identifying and decreasing negative thoughts ("Saboteurs"), while working to increase positive thoughts ("Sage"). As participants build powerful habits for a positive mind, the program's impact can be applied across all areas of life, including wellness, professional performance, and personal relationships.
The program can be utilized as a stand-alone individual or group coaching offer, or it can be integrated into broader 1:1 coaching engagements or tailored for teams within organizations. At the organizational level, the program can be supplemented with Mental Fitness workshops, Positive Intelligence® lunch & learns, and other custom integrations.
